Susan Koffman

Susan Koffman brings to almost two decades of experience in editing complex legal and financial materials, including substantial experience with stock compensation books and articles. She attended Russell Sage College in Troy, New York. After graduating law school magna cum laude from Boston College, where she was Executive Editor of the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review, she practiced law with two major Boston law firms. She now works with Brumberg Publications as its Executive Editor.

Most recently, Susan coordinated the development of and edited International Stock Plans: The Practitioner’s Guide To Exporting Employee Equity, by Louis Rorimer, now available from Bowne & Co.

A former sociologist, Susan was very active in the community of Troy, NY. She was appointed Human Rights Commissioner for the City of Troy; a member of the board of directors for the Rape Crisis Center and Suicide Prevention Hotline; and court-appointed mediator for the Rensselaer County Mediation Center. She founded and was the Director of the Victims/Witness Liaison Unit, Troy Police Department; and while working for Unity House, founded and directed the Families In Crisis Program at the Dorothy Day House for Battered Women and Abused/Runaway Children.
