Sandra Sussman is on the Global Equity team at SAP America in Washington, DC. Previously, she was a Director in the Compensation Consulting practice at Buck Consultants. Her earlier professional positions include Director of Stock Administration at Gilead Sciences, Director of Equity Compensation Programs at American Capital Strategies, and Director of Product Management at Schwab Stock Plan Services. Sandra is also a former Executive Director of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. She has worked in corporate law departments, first at US Air and then at Gannett Co., where her responsibilities included corporate and securities law administration and the direction and management of all aspects of stock plan administration and shareholder services.

Sandra is a member of the NASPP, GEO, WorldatWork, and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. In addition, she serves on the Advisory Board of myStockOptions.com.

Sandra received her BA in American Government from the University of Virginia and spent five years on active duty as an officer in the US Army Transportation Corps. Sandra is a graduate of Roosevelt University's Lawyer's Assistant Program and attained her Certified Equity Professional designation through the CEPI.
