Exercisable

Adjective applied to options that, through the passage of time or the meeting of specified performance targets, have "vested" and may now be exercised by the optionholder. Options often become exercisable in increments over time. In some option plans at pre-IPO companies you can exercise unvested options, subject to a company repurchase right under a vesting-like schedule.
