Performance Units

Grants of units that have a dollar-denominated target value (e.g., $200 per unit), as compared with performance shares in which the final value is based on the price of company stock. The payout and final value are contingent on performance against set objectives over several years. Actual payouts may be in cash or stock. For details, see a related FAQ.
