Total Value
When you sell your exercisable shares, this is the gross proceeds before deducting the exercise price, taxes, and other fees. This amount equals the exercisable shares multiplied by the current share price. For restricted stock or units (RSUs), total value equals the stock price multiplied by the number of shares granted. Total value is also called face value.
