The process of signing up for participation in an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP). You enroll by using some type of printed or online enrollment form to allow salary deductions, specifying the amount or percentage per pay period, and agree to the terms of the ESPP. With stock options or restricted stock, enrollment doesn't occur; rather, a company grants these to eligible employees.
