Relative Total Shareholder Return Program
Performance share plan in which the goal that must be met for payout is based on the company's total shareholder return (TSR) as measured against the TSR of other companies, usually those in a peer group defined by your company. How your company's TSR ranks relative to the TSR of these other companies determines whether your equity award vests and pays out. The plan can define minimum, target, and maximum share payouts, basing the size of the payout on your company's ranking against the TSR metric of its peers. For more details on these types of grants, see the performance share section of this website.
