RSU Gain Offset

The net income amount from RSU vesting shown on your pay-stub line after taxes. This is not additional pay at vesting. It's the cash in your brokerage account for the vested shares after taxes, or the value of the net shares after taxes if they are not sold. There may also be a separate pay-stub line for an RSU offset for the taxes or an RSU gain for the full amount of income recognized before taxes.
