Internal Pay Equity

The "fairness" of compensation within a company. For example, a company may analyze the relationship between the CEO's pay and that of executives or managers (e.g. the CEO's pay may be 10 times that of managers). Companies are conducting audits on internal pay equity to see where and how their compensation for CEOs and senior executives has gotten out of line. For details on this concept, see www.CompensationStandards.com.
