Say-On-Pay
Shareholder advisory vote required by SEC rules on executive pay practices under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Say-on-pay votes need to occur at least once every three years. Companies must also let shareholders vote at least once every six years to decide how often the shareholders would like to be presented with the say-on-pay vote.
