Restricted-Securities Transactions

Sales and transfers of stock that is either not registered with the SEC or is held by senior executives, directors, or other affiliates. These transactions must comply with special SEC rules and filing requirements. See the section SEC Law for requirements under Rule 144 and Section 16.
