Imputed RSU Distribution

This amount may appear on your pay stub to show that you received RSU income in shares and not cash. The term "RSU imputed" can also appear on Form W-2 in Box 14, which is just another way to indicate the value that is imputed to the RSU at vesting (the FMV on that date) and that is part of the income in Box 1 of the W-2.
