Share-Recycling
The return of unused shares to the stock plan pool, where they become available to be reissued in new grants. Traditionally, stock plans allow forfeited and canceled shares to be returned to the pool of shares available for granting. Stock plans may also allow the recycling of shares held back for taxes and/or exercise costs. These are types of net share transaction.
